Botanical Name: Symphytum officinale Plant Part Extracted: Fresh Root Contains: Grain alcohol, distilled water & Comfrey extractives. Description: We prepare our Comfrey Extract from fresh (undried) roots of Symphytum officinale plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, and are never fumigated or irradiated. Through our special extraction process, we are able to produce a mucilage-rich extract that contains less than 1 part-per-million of pyrrolizidine alkaloids. Caution: For external use.
