Botanical Name: Foeniculum vulgare Plant Part Extracted: Mature Seed Contains: Certified organic grain alcohol, distilled water & Fennel extractives. Description: We prepare our Fennel Extract from mature seeds of Foeniculum vulgare plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Fennel’s bioactive compounds, the seeds are hand-harvested after maturing in late summer, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of all chaff & stem, and are then thoroughly extracted. Our Fennel is never fumigated or irradiated.
